Steve Singh
Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer
Steve Singh currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Singh has served as Chief Executive Officer since February 1996, and was appointed to Chairman of the Board of Directors in October 1999. Prior to joining Concur Technologies, Mr. Singh was General Manager of the Contact Management Division at Symantec Corporation.

William W. Canfield
Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of TALX Corporation
Bill Canfield has served the company's board of directors since October 2003. Mr. Canfield is currently President of TALX Corporation, and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1988. Mr. Canfield has been an entrepreneur since 1968. After working seven years at IBM, he has started or purchased an interest in several computer-related companies. Mr. Canfield was one of the founders of Financial Data Systems, Inc., which was started in 1968. In 1980, Citicorp purchased the company, which provided services and turnkey systems to banks. In 1983 Mr. Canfield founded and was President of Intech Group Inc., a computer-related venture capital firm. He then founded and was Chairman of Noetic Technologies Corporation, an engineering software company that was purchased by MacNeal-Schwendler Corporation in 1989. He served as a director of Jefferson Savings Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: JSBA) from 1990 until February 2001. Mr. Canfield holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA degree from Washington University (1962). Mr. Canfield also serves on the Board of the The Magic House, a children's museum ranked in the top 5 in the U.S., and serves on the Board of Optiframe, a private software development company.
Gordon Eubanks
Gordon Eubanks was formerly president and CEO of Oblix Inc., a leading provider of enterprise identity management solutions. Since 1999, he had managed the company's rapid growth while establishing its position as an industry leader.
After founding C&E Software – which was acquired by Symantec Corporation in 1984 – Gordon served as president and chief executive officer of Symantec from 1984 to 1999. During his leadership, Symantec evolved into one of the world's most prominent software companies. In 1975, Gordon founded Compiler Systems, Inc., authoring the company's products which included CBASIC, one of the first successful languages for personal computers. The company was acquired by Digital Research in August 1981, where Gordon served as a senior executive responsible for commercial system software development and marketing.
Holder of an Electrical Engineering degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, Gordon served in the U.S. Navy's nuclear submarine force as a commissioned officer from 1970 to 1979. Gordon currently serves on the boards of Oblix, Genuity Estate, Applied Minds and M7 and is an active member of industry trade associations, including a past tenure as chairman and president of the Software Publishers Association.
Ed Gilligan
Vice Chairman of American Express Company
Ed Gilligan is vice chairman of American Express Company, responsible for the company’s global business-to-business group, which includes Global Commercial Card, Global Merchant Services, Global Network Services, and Global Business Travel businesses of American Express. He is a member of American Express’s Operating Committee, which is responsible for developing the strategic direction for American Express and determining policies affecting the company overall. Ed joined American Express in 1980 while studying for his BS in Economics and Management at New York University. He began his full time service with the company in 1982. He was named a vice president of Business Travel in March 1988. He went on to become a senior vice president of Commercial Card and Business Travel for the Eastern Region of the United States in June 1992. He assumed the role of business unit president for Commercial Card and Business Travel for the United States in June 1995. In June 2002. Ed was named one of two group presidents at the company, overseeing the international consumer card business and the global portfolio of payment and travel services offered to corporate clients worldwide.
Jeff McCabe
Chief Executive Officer, Tri-Pen Travelmaster Technologies, LLC
Jeff McCabe joined the Concur Board of Directors on January 21, 2005. Since March 2004, he has been involved in a wide range of entrepreneurial activities, including strategic consulting for businesses developing new products and services. From 1994 to March 2004, he served in various executive positions at American Express, including Senior Vice President and General Manager for the United States and Canadian large-market commercial card business of American Express Corporate Services, a global provider of business travel, corporate card, and purchasing card programs for businesses. Prior to that, Mr. McCabe held executive positions at Labinal S.A. and General Motors, where he worked in Europe and Asia with a focus on developing new business relationships.
Jeffrey T. Seely
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, ShareBuilder Corporation
Mr. Seely founded ShareBuilder Securities in 1999 and currently serves as chairman and chief executive officer of ShareBuilder Corporation and ShareBuilder Securities Corporation. Prior to ShareBuilder, Mr. Seely served as a senior investment banker at Robertson Stephens & Co., a global securities and investment banking firm and held senior banking positions at Dean Witter Reynolds and Smith Barney.
Mr. Seely holds a BA degree in economics from St. Lawrence University and a MBA in finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He is a Trustee on the Washington State Investment Board, which oversees the management of over $60 billion of retirement assets for state employees, and is a member of the Private Markets Committee there. Mr. Seely is also Board President of the UW World Series for the Performing Arts (Meany Hall, University of Washington) and a Board member of the National Association of Corporate Directors NW. He is a former Trustee and Vice President, Executive Committee of The Seattle Opera.
Rajeev Singh
President, and Chief Operating Officer
Rajeev Singh serves as the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he is responsible for helping to define the corporate strategy and for ensuring that the operating groups align and execute against the company's revenue, customer acquisition and satisfaction, and profitability targets. He has been the company's President since 2005, and COO since 2003. Prior to that, he worked in numerous capacities at Concur, including heading the marketing, sales, and client services organizations. Mr. Singh co-founded Concur with Michael Hilton in 1993. Prior to that, he worked in engineering with Ford Motor Company and General Motors Corporation. He holds a B.S.E. from Western Michigan University.
Randall H. Talbot
Chief Executive Officer and President of Symetra Financial Corporation
Talbot serves as chief executive officer and president of Symetra Financial Corporation, a Bellevue, Wash., based company, and brings more than 33 years of financial management experience to the board. Symetra Financial provides retirement plans, employee benefits, life insurance and annuities to more than 1.7 million customers nationally. Prior to joining Symetra in 1998, Talbot spent 23 years at Talbot Financial Corp., marketing a broad spectrum of insurance and investment products. Talbot was one of the first in the industry to bring together insurance companies and financial institutions for the purpose of selling insurance products.
In addition to being on the board of Symetra Financial Corp., Talbot is on the board of the Performing Arts Center Eastside and the Washington Roundtable, a nonprofit public policy organization affecting positive change on critical policy issues in Washington state. Talbot also serves on the Directors Council for the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) and is a member of the Initiative for Global Development, a national network of corporate leaders with a business approach to abject poverty.
